![]() I haven’t setup that much yet, but stuff like ‘ctrl+e 6’ works, so that’s cool. I thought it had something to do with the “0ms” delay, but the Mode had to be set to “Press and release keys in sequence” instead of the default “Press and hold all keys”. I had to do some trial & error, because at first the ‘ctrl+r’ key-combo did nothing in Blender. ‘nostromo_config’ is not as flashy as the Windows/OSX versions, but I don’t mind at all. You have to configure the device before starting ‘nostromo_daemon’ (is not an init-script). The event# I got via ‘dmesg’, and it will likely change… have to find the time/motivation to learn how to make udev-rules I had to ‘ chmod o+rw /dev/input/event8’ so I can start the daemon as user. Installation was easy (./configure & make & make install), also because all the dependencies were present on my Gentoo system. You can download 1.3 here: I don’t know if the above version has 64bit support, but I read that it’s in CVS. The proper driver for Linux is version 1.3 and not version 0.1.3, which is old an not maintained anymore. Cool thing, and I look forward to get comfortable with it, and using it for different apps/games.
